1. What we collect

Site analytics

  • Page view events collected via Google Analytics 4
  • Browser type, operating system, and referrer (no personally identifiable information)

Resource download counts

  • Each download records one event including: resource ID, timestamp, and region (country level)
  • IP addresses are stored as a daily hash — raw IP addresses are never stored

Partner form submissions

  • Name, email address, organisation, partnership interest, and message text you submit
  • Forms pass through Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse verification

2. How we use data

We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising.


3. Storage and security

  • Download logs are stored in Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
  • Form submission data is stored in an access-controlled database
  • All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS
  • Data is periodically reviewed and purged after its retention period

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses the following cookies:

  • GA4 analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): anonymous usage statistics, 2-year lifetime
  • Cloudflare cookie (cf_clearance): security verification

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work without them, but we will be unable to collect usage data.


5. Your rights

  • Right of access: you can request to see the form submission data we hold about you
  • Right of correction: if any information is incorrect, you can request a correction
  • Right of erasure: you can request deletion of your form submission record

6. Policy updates

When this policy changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be notified by email to contacts who have submitted a partnership application.
